Qualfacto participant and Meta-related data deletion instructions

You can ask us to delete personal information associated with your Qualfacto participant profile or your interaction with Qualfacto through Meta services.

How to submit a request

1. Email support@qualfacto.io from the email address associated with your profile, if available.
2. Use the subject “Qualfacto data deletion request”.
3. Include the mobile number used for the profile and your name so we can locate and verify the account. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, or identity documents in the initial email.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request, take reasonable steps to verify that it came from the relevant person, and delete or de-identify eligible data from active systems. We will confirm when the request is complete or explain if limited records must be retained for fraud prevention, payment, security, legal, or compliance purposes.
